We were at the forefront of developing the restaurant business in Russia.

Our restaurants introduced the first salad bar, wood-fired pizza oven, and wine list in the country. We also introduced guests to Caesar Salad, Fondue, Crêpe Suzette, and Raclette. We created Russia's first fine dining restaurant and fast food chain (Rostic's). This was almost 30 years ago...

Today, Rosinter's portfolio includes 9 brands and more than 200 restaurants in Russia, the CIS, and Eastern Europe. Nearly 4,000 employees welcome guests daily, striving to delight and surprise with new culinary masterpieces.

Rosinter launches the new coffeehouse brand "Lalibela Coffee," replacing the British coffee brand Costa Coffee, which Rosinter managed under a franchise since 2012.

Rosinter signs an agreement to develop fast-food outlets under the "Vkusno – i Tochka" brand (formerly McDonald's) in airports and railway stations across Russia.

Rosinter opens the first McDonald's at railway stations in Russia, starting operations at Leningradsky Station in Moscow, and Baltic and Finlyandsky Stations in St. Petersburg.
Rosinter begins operations in Uzbekistan, opening the first franchised restaurant in Tashkent.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Rosinter resumes operations in 95% of its restaurants after a three-month quarantine.
